Edible Hudson Valley (which combined with Edible Westchester) is a print publication that celebrates the bounty of the Hudson Valley, four issues per year. I work with the publisher/editor-in-chief to bring the design and layout of this beautiful magazine to life—from the very beginning of the initial draft up until I upload the pages to print. I've been the contracted designer for the Hudson Valley team since January 2017 to present day, and love every minute of it!
