A Good Water Farms Odyssey: The Microgreens Cookbook, published by Rizzoli New York, was my first cookbook that I designed and I am so proud of it.

This cookbook, written by Brendan Davison, the founder of Good Water Farms in New York, features 60 creative recipes
for cooking with microgreens, a section on how to grow your own microgreens, as well as a glossary all about microgreens. It's packed full of microgreen-y goodness. 

 

I worked with the editor, writer and photographers to bring the design and layout of this gorgeous cookbook to life. It was quite a learning process (the first thing I learned was that cookbook design is very different than magazine design!), but I'm grateful for all the design knowledge I gained, as well as for the opportunity to be chosen as the designer by Brendan himself.
